1. Subscription Plans & Cancellations
We offer multiple monthly subscription plans. You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting our support team.
2. Refunds
We do not offer refunds for any charges based on pro-rated usage. However, if you cancel your subscription, your access to the features of your current plan will remain active until the end of your current subscription period.
3. Billing Cycle & Access
Monthly subscriptions: You will be billed on a monthly basis. If you cancel during your subscription period, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle, but you will retain access to your current plan’s features until the end of the current month.
No Refunds for Prior Billing Periods: Once a payment is processed for the current subscription period, we do not offer refunds for any charges that have already been billed.
